Exchange & Returns
You are entitled to choose a refund OR exchange OR credit if the products you’ve bought are:
- Significantly different to those shown or described to you
- Not doing what they’re supposed to do
When you buy, you should choose carefully. You don’t automatically get a refund for simply changing your mind, unless this was a condition of the seller’s advertised policy. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. View our Exchange and Returns Policy.
Bossini has two types of shipping options for Australia. Shipping prices will be calculated during check out.
- Basic Shipping for shopping cart up to 2.0kg. (Additional ironing or dry cleaning may be required for your garments.)
- Premium Shipping for shopping cart above 2.0kg. This option is perfect for gift giving or if you wish to wear your garments once delivered without additional cleaning.
- For online orders over $100, standard delivery will be free in Australia.
- Delivery time normally takes between 3-5 business days within Australia from the date your payment is received.
- Premium shipping is delivered with Toll IPEC. To track your item, click here.
- We must have correct and complete addresses, including a company name where necessary, and at least one contact telephone number.
- We do not accept PO BOX addresses as valid shipping addresses.
- To guarantee your delivery, there must be someone to receive the products between 9am-5pm.
Deliveries to New Zealand will have a minimum shipping fee of A$49.95 for shopping cart up to 2kg. For shopping cart above 2kg, the shipping costs will be calculated during check out. The estimated delivery time is between 7-10 business days from the date your payment is received.
